Just as there are different degrees of realization, there are different degrees of practice that lead, through different paths, to self-knowledge.
If we think that, to be authentic, our path must be perfect at every moment, we risk sabotaging ourselves and never starting.
Every effort directed towards Essence is living light, and practice in this area always expresses our conscious realization of that particular moment. When practice fully expresses realization, it becomes realization itself. And it is also so before expressing it totally, because authentically committing to the rebirth of the self leads to achieving it, at different levels. If we are sincere, and if we are in Reality, realization is present, whether we know it or not.
So we practice not for the end in itself, but for the journey, because we are certain of living fully, of being free to discover the mysteries of existence, and because ultimately, we want our Life to be full and fulfill its Purpose.
