Telling the truth is a natural act if our words come from our heart, while reflecting implies a moment of listening to ourselves and others and a calm way of expressing ourselves. We need to eliminate the useless word, the one that is not needed, the filler word that wants to fill the void of our discomfort, the superficial word devoid of real meaning and the hasty word, the one said in a hurry, without thinking.

The ordinary self in its constant automatic response creates constant disharmony by always expressing itself only to justify and dissimulate, to appear and to obtain. These words are often used to hide and direct one’s insecurities, fears that thus become the veil of our own fears.

We have the possibility to choose whether to continue to distort the truth, or to recognize the truth itself even if it may disappoint us and we do not like it. The moment we recognize the truth we can push ourselves further and grow as individuals bringing transformation into our lives.

Sincerity is in front of itself. Being sincere, always, implies listening to yourself, looking inside yourself.
