This Humanity of ours
has always been connected to every reality
at all planes, at all levels
whether ugly or beautiful.
We have been united since always
to nature, to the mountains, to the planes.
The industrial development drew mountain and sea closer,
created roads, bridges and railways,
building new routes.
The increase in telecommunications
has united nations,
nothing stays hidden anymore,
we receive data from everywhere.
The arrival of the digital era
transfers what we defined as reality in a virtual space:
that process will be very fast
and soon we will live it daily.
That transformation, like any other truth,
expresses itself in duality:
it will be very good or very bad.
Someone will exploit it
by simulating in the virtual reality
what he/she cannot face in real life.
Someone wanting to escape from this reality
will be deceived by the Metaverse
and his/her creative part will die out
and like a zombie he/she will drift away
and will keep wandering
in the new virtual world.
What a pity: humanity struggles to sense
where the involution happens
within the evolution.
The more the chance to connect from reality to reality increases
the more difficult “listening to”
the little voice becomes,
but the little voice keeps on talking
suggesting alternative solutions
which the mind does not want to get.
